How was your trading?
For me it was a “no trade day.”
I wanted a High Time Frame LVN to hit so I could long to yesterday’s POC.
But we went to my target instantly upon open.
So within the first 10 minutes I knew I was done for the session.

As you already know – no point in forcing a low quality trade.
Sometimes your trade idea shapes up and you hit your TP in the first 30 minutes of trading,
Sometimes your trade idea is nullified by the S&P being an old rascal!
Either way, you’re off the screens quickly. 🙂
