Last week, I returned to America to attend my friend’s wedding.
I met several new people, and many of them asked me the same question:
“What do you do for a living?”
When I tell them that I’m a trader, people often respond, “So, you work on Wall Street?”
And here comes the fun part.
Yes, because when I say:
— I don’t have a boss, and I don’t work on Wall Street
— I trade from my computer for 2-4 hours a day, and then I have all the free time to do what I want
— I travel around the world because I’m not tied to an office
— I manage my time as I please, and I dress however I want
— I’ve been earning $15k-20k per month for years without even having a high school diploma
People look at me like an alien!
I’ve gotten used to it by now, and it amuses me.
Yes, because after the understandable initial skepticism…
Then many ask me how they can also have a business that makes so much money and gives so much freedom.
And my answer is always the same: “You need to have a clear method that you can follow and that uses the same tools used by professional traders.”
Right method + right tools = trading profits
